Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClawInit (the "Service"), a product of Narra Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Account Terms

  1. Human Requirement: To access the Service, you must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. However, you are explicitly permitted to use the Service to deploy and manage automated agents ("Workers") as part of the product's intended functionality.
  2. Age Limit: You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
  3. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Narra Labs, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  4. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed by the Agents/Workers you deploy.

2. Payment, Refunds, and Plan Terms

  1. Pricing: The Service is billed on a per-deployment basis according to the current pricing published on our website or order form at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to active customers.
  2. Billing Cycle: The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  3. No Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
  4. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
  5. Cancellation: You can cancel a deployment at any time from the dashboard. The cancellation will take effect immediately, but the server will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again for that specific deployment.

3. "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) & Third-Party Costs

  1. API Keys: ClawInit requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). You retain full ownership and control of these keys.
  2. Liability: You are solely responsible for all usage charges, fees, and costs incurred by your API keys. Narra Labs, LLC is not liable for "runaway" agent costs, loops, or excessive token usage. We strongly recommend setting spending limits directly within your LLM provider's dashboard.
  3. Security: We do not store your API keys in plain text. They are encrypted and injected strictly into your dedicated server instance at runtime.

4. Cancellation and Termination

  1. How to Cancel: You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account or deployments. You can cancel any active agent via the dashboard. An email or phone request to cancel is not considered cancellation.
  2. Termination by Us: Narra Labs, LLC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account.
  3. Abuse: Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Service customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. Changes: We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Price Changes: Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the ClawInit site or the Service itself.
  3. Liability: The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. Your Content: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
  2. Our Content: The look and feel of the Service is copyright © 2026 Narra Labs, LLC. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from the Company.

7. General Conditions & Acceptable Use

  1. Usage Risks: Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  2. Prohibited Acts: You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
  3. Malicious Use: You must not use the Service to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. You must not use the deployed Agents to perform Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized scraping, or bypassing of legitimate security controls.
  4. No Warranty: Narra Labs, LLC does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
